Want to pick up your Case4Work setup yourself? No problem! We offer various drop-off points that are easily accessible by train, car, or plane. The drop-off is handled in person – simple, safe, and reliable.
All transfers are free of charge.
This is how the handover works
Pick-up and return take place between 8:00 and 20:00 on the agreed days - also on weekends
After your booking you will automatically receive an appointment request for both handovers
You can change the appointments once by email up to 24 hours in advance
You can pick up your setup and return it to a different location – we can coordinate this with you individually if necessary.

Please note:
Only one date change is included – later changes are only possible on a goodwill basis
If you do not show up for the appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full rental price
In individual cases, an alternative date can be offered – please contact us as soon as possible
Please have your booking confirmation ready upon handover (digital is sufficient)
How do I select this option?
Simply select pickup and the location as your delivery option during the booking process . There are no additional costs.
