My mission
My name is Johannes Rothert and I have made it my mission to make working easy and flexible from anywhere possible with Case4Work.
The idea for Case4Work arose from the need to be able to work productively even during the workation .
The developed, high-quality, mobile setups are designed to offer you maximum location flexibility without compromising on productivity .

My story
The idea for the Case4Work setups was born in 2022 from the thought that it should be easier to take your office with you on vacation.
In my job as a management consultant , working with two additional screens was the norm ; but taking them with me on a workation or even just for a long weekend at my parents' house was a pain.
That's why I developed a first setup prototype in 2023 using a case and foam inserts, which was extensively tested in 2024 during a three-week workation through northern Italy.
At the beginning of 2025, I used my parental leave to further develop the business idea, produce two more setup prototypes , and test them extensively, including on a family vacation in Denmark.
The first series of the three setups will be available for rent in autumn 2025 and will enable customers throughout Germany to work productively and flexibly from anywhere.
