With our exclusive delivery option via Hermes Luggage Shipping (€75) or DHL Parcel Shipping (€50), your mobile office setup will arrive safely, stress-free, and on time – and will be picked up directly from your home at the end of the rental period. You don't have to worry about a thing.
Scope of services
For a flat rate of €50 or €75 you will receive:
Shipping of your setup via Hermes luggage shipping/DHL parcel shipping: Shipping will take place 3 working days before the start of the rental directly to your specified address
Pick up or drop off the setup on the last day of booking: Hermes/DHL will automatically pick up the set from you – between 8:00 and 20:00 - alternatively drop off at a Hermes shop
If the rental period ends on a Sunday or public holiday , the vehicle will be picked up or delivered on the next working day.
Shipment tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as shipping starts
Important to know
Delivery is only possible within Germany
Delivery to packing stations or post boxes is not possible
The Hermes luggage delivery option is only available for our Smart and Comfort sets - DHL parcel delivery is only available for our Flex sets
You don't have to print anything: We take care of the shipping label – everything is prepared for Hermes
The collection is automatic: Unfortunately, an individual time cannot be selected - alternatively, delivery to the Hermes Shop
How do I select this option?
Simply select "Hermes Luggage Shipping" or "DHL Parcel Shipping" as your delivery option during the booking process . The price will be displayed immediately and deducted from your booking.
