To ensure our high-quality setups arrive back to us safely and in perfect condition, we charge a deposit for every booking . This deposit will , of course, be refunded to you upon return – straightforward and fair.
Payment methods & transparency
The deposit will be processed using the same payment method as the rental costs (e.g. credit card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.)
It will be shown separately in the checkout - so it is displayed transparently & will be refunded after the return
For corporate customers, the deposit may be waived – this is regulated within the framework of individual agreements
Bei fehlender Hinterlegung bzw. Nachweis wird die Buchung automatisch storniert.
The deposit will be shown separately during the booking process and automatically charged with your order.
Refund – how it works
After the complete and undamaged return of your setup, the refund will be initiated
The deposit will be refunded within 7 working days using the same payment method
In case of damage , we reserve the right to retain part of the deposit – of course after consulting with you
