Rental and usage conditions in portrait

Booking & Contract
Book online at case4work.com . Minimum rental period: 2 days , maximum 3 months .
Delivery & Collection
Free pickup in Sinzheim or at regional hubs (e.g. train stations, airports).
Delivery: 25 € up to 10 km , 50 € up to 50 km , 75 € throughout Germany (Hermes) .

By 8:00 PM on the last day of rental at the latest. Early return is possible, but without pro rata refund.
Payment & Deposit
Payment via PayPal or Shopify Pay. Deposit between €200–300, depending on the product.
Use & Liability
Careful handling of the setup is required. Renter is liable for any loss or damage. Use by third parties is permitted (at own risk).
Cancellation
Up to 14 days before start: 100% refund
Up to 5 days before start: 50% refund
After that: no refund
The deposit will be fully refunded upon proper return of the property.
Insurance
Currently no device insurance is included. Currently in planning.
